Shipping

We ship worldwide! Orders are shipped worldwide Monday through Friday, with the exception of closings on major holidays. We aim to ship orders on the same day they are placed or the next business day. Orders are handled on a first come, first served basis.

We are not responsible for weather-related delays.

Shipping Costs: Free shipping is offered on orders over $150.00 in the continental U.S. (48 states) through USPS Ground Advantage shipping. If you are outside of the continental U.S. or if your order is below $150.00, shipping costs will vary. You can determine shipping costs by adding the desired items to your cart on our website and proceeding to checkout. Shipping options with cost will be given at that point.

Tracking Number: Once the order has shipped, a confirmation email with the tracking information will be sent to the email address attached to your account/purchase. Also, the tracking information will be posted under your account information on the website. All delivery dates are estimated.

Return Policy

Woodland is proud to maintain a high standard of quality products. It is our intention to manufacture and deliver products to customers that meet these standards. For defective, incorrect or damaged products, please contact our Sales and Customer Service department for further assistance.

IMPORTANT: Please note that returns and replacements are only valid if purchases were made through Woodland directly. Otherwise, you must go to where you purchased the item to inquire about their return policy.
