• How do I place an order?

  Add the desired items to the cart and then proceed to checkout once all items are added.

• How much does shipping cost?

  Free shipping is offered on orders over $99.00 in the continental U.S. (48 states).

  If you are outside of the continental U.S. or if your order is below $150.00, shipping costs will vary. You can determine shipping costs by adding the desired items to your cart on our website and proceeding to checkout. Shipping options with cost will be given at that point. If you decide you do not want to continue, you can exit out of the order at this point. If you decide to place an order and you have selected your shipping options, then you will proceed to the payment section.

• What forms of payment does Woodland accept?

  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. NOTE: No type of gift credit card is accepted by our system.

  

• How do I track my order?

  Once the order has shipped, a confirmation email with the tracking information will be sent to the email address attached to your account/purchase. Also, the tracking information will be posted under your account information on the website.

• There is a problem with my purchase. What do I do?

• How do I know when a new product is released?

  New products will be tagged “Coming Soon” on the Scenes-n-Nature website. To be notified via email when a new product is released, visit the product you are interested in and select the link on that product’s page: “Notify me when this item is available.” The official release will also be announced in our newsletter and on social media.
